To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@verjardin.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 24 hours.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
