Our Story

Ver Jardin

I've always loved plants.

Not in a responsible way. In the way where you fall in love with something green, bring it home, and forget it exists.

I killed a lot of plants. A fiddle leaf fig. A monstera. Even a succulent — the plant that's supposed to survive anything.

I tried. I read care guides, bought special soil, asked embarrassing questions at flower shops. The plants kept dying. Eventually, I stopped trying.

Then I visited a friend. Her living room stopped me at the door — a massive fiddle leaf in the corner, trailing pothos on the shelf, layers of soft green everywhere. The whole space felt alive.

How do you keep everything so perfect?

She laughed. They're fake.

I stood there for a long time thinking about that.

That was the beginning of Ver Jardin. I realized the feeling a living space gives you — the calm, the beauty, the sense that something is growing nearby — that feeling doesn't have to come with a death count.

Some of us love beautiful things and live full lives. Ver Jardin is for us.

The garden that never fades.
