All plants are carefully disassembled and packed with protective materials to prevent damage in transit. Assembly instructions are included. Most plants take less than 10 minutes to put together.

Our plants are crafted from premium silk and PE materials that closely replicate the texture and color of real botanicals. Many of our customers report that guests mistake them for real plants. We recommend viewing our plant care videos to see them in realistic settings.
Almost nothing. An occasional wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth to remove dust is all you need. No watering, no sunlight, no fertiliser. That's the point.
It depends on the product. Product listings specify whether a pot is included. Many of our floor plants come with a plain nursery pot, which you can place inside any decorative planter of your choosing.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us and we'll arrange a return or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Please photograph any damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
